A Sahaja Yoga Self Realization Session was held at the National High School (Boys), Hazra Road, Ballygunge, Kolkata, West Bengal for the faculty members of the school. Since the Principal herself is a Sahaja Yogini (practices Sahaja Yoga) , she organized the session with special care. As a practising Sahaja Yogi, she knows and understands how important it is for the faculty members to first know and understand the concept of self realization! Once the teachers are sure and confident about this phenomenon, only then it can spread well among the students!
